Re: 1016 Wind Lake Way, Waterford of the Carolinas
Our second experience with Logan Homes went just as smoothly as we expected. From the very beginning with Mary Rusher, thru the selection process with Paula Herring, and then construction with David Logan, every expectation we had became a reality. The home is gorgeous and built exactly as we imagined. The entire process was handled very well by everyone at Logan Homes.
It is no secret how we feel about Mary. Not only was she our on-site sales contact, but she quickly became a close friend. We miss having Mary in Waterford, walking over in the morning with a cup of coffee, talking about things in the news, and going over our home plans to make sure we got it right. Even though Mary has retired from Logan Homes, we are still in contact with her on a personal level.
Then came Paula. Her knowledge and opinions helped us create our dream home. Sometimes it’s hard to imagine what the finished product will look like when choosing from small samples, and many times Paula steered us in another direction based on her experience. She quickly became a friend also, and even though our home in now completed, I know we will stay in contact with her as well.
The day we met David was interesting. He seemed very focused on plans, selections, warranty information, etc. Within a few minutes, we realized he would be a great person to work with. We now consider him a friend also. He had his work cut out for him knowing we lived just around the corner from the job site and would be visiting the job site every evening. The whole construction process went smoothly and quickly. David was in constant contact with us, always answered his phone, and did an amazing job on our home.
We also want to thank Steve Himmel for “fine tuning” our home before the pre-occupancy walk thru. He really inspected everything closely and made sure our home would be ready when promised.
Speaking of being ready when promised, the target finish date was the middle of September. We took possession from Logan Homes on August 7th. Amazing!
Logan Homes should be very proud of these individuals, as well as everyone else involved. Not many people build a home with a company as large as Logan Homes and write a letter like this at the end of construction. But we believe that good work and good people should be recognized. We love our new home and will definitely recommend Logan Homes to everyone we know.
