Recently your construction firm built a house directly across the street from ours. I would like to inform you of the expertise and professionalism displayed by your crew throughout the building process. As friends with the owners my wife took photos of each stage of building and presented them with a scrapbook showing them the ‘birth’ of their home. This project was an immediate hit and I feel sure it will become a household treasure.

From start to finish, the personnel working on this house displayed the uttermost care for the immediate area, going to great lengths to pick up building materials, insure nothing got into the street – going as far as to sweep the street frequently. We can’t say enough good things about your son D Jr. From June through October, we received a call every Friday, without fail, giving us an update on what work was done during the week and what the plan was for the next week. We had thought that living so far away, it would be difficult trying to oversee the building of our house. However with D’s communication and follow up, that was not the case. We can begin to tell you how much that means to us. After meeting D Jr and speaking to him on the phone, we soon realized we were in good hands. You have a super team. "Hello D

We were waiting to send a letter of appreciation for our new home towards the end of our first year of residency here in Waterford. However, an opportunity presented itself that we did not want to pass up.

We are members of the Northern Brunswick Newcomers Club and this past Sunday, March 13th, we hosted 72 county members and residents of various surrounding communities. The weather was perfect and the positioning of our home provided a perfect view of the setting sun. To enumerate the many compliments in the styling of our home would take half a page. Suffice it to say “beyond beautiful”“gorgeous”“spacious” were just a few.

Our kitchen was classified as “outstanding”. Our job in its creation was made so much easier with the help of your valuable employee Robert DeLano. From the moment we met and he understood our tastes, styles and colors, our shared synergy brought about the successful completion of our home. Robert is truly an asset to your management team.

Please share our deepest appreciation with Matt who helped locate the site, Robert who made the decision process all that much easier and Steve for following through “new home adjustments” during our first 90 days. We were fortunate to have them on our team!

"We recently had the happy occasion to close on our gorgeous new Logan home in The Gardens at Palmetto Creek. Unfortunately, we were living in Connecticut at the time of construction and could not be on-site much during the construction process. However, what we did most fortunately have, was Ryder Balcome as our Field Supervisor!

Ryder proved to be knowledgeable in all areas of home construction; was responsive to our concerns, questions, and requests; and made sure all phases of construction ran smoothly and were completed in a timely manner. This was evident during the minimal on-site visits we were able to make, in his telephone and e-mail communications, at the pre-occupancy walk through, and at the final walk-through. Ryder was always spot-on, professional, informative, and thorough. An additional bonus was that he is a pleasant, friendly, and likeable young man.

You should consider yourself and Logan Homes fortunate to have such an exemplary employee on staff -- we certainly feel fortunate that he is part of your team! Ryder was always polite and respectful and certainly showed these two Northerners what a true Southern gentleman is.

"We want to share our home-purchasing experience with you! We recently closed on our beautiful home in The Gardens at Palmetto Creek and couldn't be happier.

The entire process has been the most wonderful experience. And that's really something coming from a couple who swore after their previous house-building experience that they'd never build a new home again. From the moment we met Brian Galeucia at the LiveSouth show in Greenich, CT in 2009 we just had a great feeling about Palmetto Creek. This first impression proved to be true. Our first visit to PC was in July of 2009. The community was extremely attractive and very well appointed. Brian greeted us like old friends and our early morning appointment ended up being a day-long adventure. We ended up picking out our lot in The Gardens, signing the paperwork and leaving a deposit, choosing our model (The Laurel), and then even attended our first KISS event! WOW!

Brian isn't the only fantastic contact at PC. Deb, Patrick, and the rest of the staff have been the best! We've had some difficult times in our personal life with regard to my husband's health and the birth of two new grandbabies (one who was over three months premature), and through it all, Brian, Deb, Patrick and everyone have been more than understanding and supportive. Our contact with them, and dream of coastal Carolina living, have helped get us through many difficult days. Though they sure know their business and are professionals and all, they also quickly became friends. There isn't a detail too big or too small for them to attend to -- not only the situations one would assume to be covered, including prompt and curteous communications, but also from things like sending pictures during the building process to loaning us chairs to use for the evening after we closed on our new home!

Besides the folks on the PC staff, Logan Homes staff was amazing to work with as well. Paula (who we worked with most), Kelly, Robert, and Sonya made all our decorating choices, and the closing, a joy. In addition, huge kudos must go to Ryder Balcome, our Field Supervisor. Talk about someone knowing their job -- Ryder may be young, but he is spot-on! He expertly led us through every step of construction, was easy to speak with regarding the few changes we requested, and made sure that all the work completed was of the highest quality and met the best professional standards.

We'd also just briefly like to mention that the folks who live in the PC community have been friendly and extended a warm welcome to us each time we've visited. That's another great thing to be able to say for a neighborhood.

We certainly have told all our friends and family of this terrific experience and wanted you to know about it also. Please let us know if we can ever share our story with anyone else interested in moving to Palmetto Creek as we would be more than happy to do so. The only thing we can't wait for now is to make our permanent move to our gorgeous new home and truly and completely become part of the PC family!
