Purchasing Agent

Area Homebuilder offering a Purchasing Agent position. Will be responsible for job set up, budgeting, issuing purchase orders and change orders, receiving and reviewing variance purchase order requests from field supervisors, and creating and sending variance purchase orders as required. Will have overall responsibility for maintenance of data in Builder MT. Will support staff, partner suppliers and subcontractors as required. Will gather information and feedback to assist drafting and estimating department in improving workflow and purchase order accuracy. Will complete check requests and initial job start set-up requirements at drafting completion. Must have excellent organizational skills, be an effective communicator and understand the value of developing procedures and workflows. Requires Excel and Microsoft Word expertise. Draftsperson

Area Homebuilder offering an integrated 3D residential CAD & BIM position. This position requires 3 dimensional comprehension for 3D drafting software. Draftsperson will work with CAD Manager and design team to detail and assemble construction documents. Ensuring that all details are correct and that all drawing sets are fully coordinated to maintain design intent and field readability.

Minimum 1 year experience in CAD software, preferably with some 3D experience.
Responsibilities & Description
- Responsible for timely production of architectural construction documents.
- To ensure complete and accurate drawings are being produced and that all revisions are incorporated into each project as required.
- Understand and implement standards into master plans and client specific plans.
- Has limited construction knowledge to further develop plans.
- Works towards team efforts
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and any external consultants.
