Emergency Warranty Requests

In the event of an emergency, please contact our 24-hour Emergency pager at (910) 341-3776 and someone will provide prompt response.

This page is reserved for true emergency requests that require prompt attention. This is limited to items that present a clear and immediate risk of damage to your home or to the occupants of your home. The Emergency Warranty Request should only be submitted for the following predetermined issues:

• No Power
• No Heat and/or Air
• No Water
• No Gas
• Doors/Windows/Roof Leaking

If you are requesting emergency response on items that are not listed as such, the request will not process. We limit these items in order to properly be able to respond to the special issues.

All efforts should be made on your part first and foremost to prevent possible harm to yourself and all occupants of the home; and secondly, to minimize the degree of damage to the home or your possessions.

Our warranty department will contact you within 2 hours of receiving your request.
