Homeowner Spotlight: The Plante's

Originally from Marlton, NJ, Mark and Lauri decided they wanted to leave behind harsh winters and high taxes, and find their dream home on the Carolina coast. 

While searching for the perfect community to call home, they turned to their list of must-haves: ample activities, resort-style pool and clubhouse, gym and a neighborhood that fully embraced an active-lifestyle with neighbors. 

When asked about their experience with Logan Homes, they said, “The first thing that we liked about Logan Homes, was that they had the floor plan we really loved. It was so well designed. We worked with the best designer, who was such a great fit for us. She was always responsive, and we always knew she was there and was an advocate for us.” 

The Plante’s chose to build The Heron II in Compass Pointe, a plan and community that checked off all of their must-haves. Although they were living out of state during the build, they knew they were in good hands. “Our superintendent said to us, ‘Don’t worry, I will build you a good home.’ He kept us up to date weekly and delivered on his promises.”
