Meet The Reddinger Family!

Jonathan and Elizabeth along with their two sons, Sebastian and Brayden, found their place to call home in our Hampstead, NC community, Sparrows Bend. They chose the Gaston floor plan and were able to personalize their home to fit their lifestyle. 

They spend their free time enjoying the coastal lifestyle at the beach or at a sports game or practice. They enjoy fishing, art, any outdoor activity and love music. 

Always seeking out the next adventure and never one to shy away from a challenge, relocating and building their dream home was the perfect fit for that next step. After doing their research and initially not being able to find a community that fit their needs they discovered upon Sparrows Bend. After meeting with our Builder Specialist, April, it became clearer that this could be their new neighborhood and Logan Homes was the perfect builder for them.

They shared, “Over the past year, Logan Homes was not just our builder. They became our friends and our family. Logan Homes has had our back from the very first day we met April just on a whim. When asked about their build process, Elizabeth says, “Communication has always been stellar. Our home is stunning. They take care of you before, during and after your build. They want you to be happy and they want you to enjoy the life you have in your new home. Our experience was wonderful from day one. There is always a glitch here and there in new builds, but there was nothing that Logan’s team didn’t quickly address or take care of for me or reach out to just make sure my mind was at ease.”

When asked what they love about their home, their list is pretty long: the extra space, the views, the open floor plan, amount of natural light and much more. 

They have shared their neighborhood immediately felt like home, and they have already created great friendships with their neighbors.
