Employee Spotlight: Meet Deb!

Meet Deb - Design Consultant at Logan Homes! 

Deb and her husband Frank waved goodbye to New England almost 11 years ago. While she hasn’t given up her noticeable Boston accent, Deb has definitely adopted some southern phrases such as “y’all.” She has worked with Logan Homes for 7 years and loves her job as a Design Consultant in our state-of-the-art Design Studio in Leland, NC.

Here’s what Deb has to say about this very important role:
“I have the awesome job of helping folks select all the parts and pieces for their new home, from shingles to faucets to hardwood flooring and paint colors. Because we have so much to choose from and many decisions to make, selection day can be daunting for many. I try to create a fun and positive experience by reassuring couples that I’m there to guide them and to offer suggestions as we journey together through the process. It’s never boring. Everyone’s taste is different and I love that part the most. If three different customers choose the same floor plan, you can be sure that each one will put their own spin on it, personalizing it to reflect their own fabulous taste. Seeing the finished product and sharing in the delight with the homeowners, is the icing on the cake for me. But it’s not just one role that makes for a happy finale, it’s the whole Logan team–and a team we are! We all strive for the same goal and help each other to achieve it. As a result, we’ve seen many dream homes come to fruition and with that comes happy homeowners! We are thrilled that their path led to a Logan Home!”
