Employee Spotlight: Meet Jaramie!

Meet Jaramie Pender! 

Field Supervisor at Logan Homes

Jaramie has been working in construction since he was a teenager, and joined the Logan Homes team in 2015. As a Field Supervisor, he enjoys the hands on interaction, and oversees the day-to-day operations of job sites. He coordinates, organizes and communicates, with his highest priority being customer service and quality control. 

The greatest satisfaction for Jaramie at the end of the day is seeing homeowner’s reactions to the home of their dreams. He strives to make a difference, one day at a time.  His strong work ethic can be traced back to his family roots, when his father taught him that the best way to build a home for someone else, is building it with the care and attention as if it’s your own home. He worked in the family framing business alongside his father for years, before he made the move to Wilmington. 

Jaramie also has a passion for the culinary arts, and enjoys cooking and grilling. When he’s not at work, you might find him working out, spending time with family, or enjoying where he lives by boating or soaking up the sunshine at the beach. Jaramie is a Petty Officer 3rd Class in the US Coast Guard Reserves, is an avid Volleyball enthusiast, and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and other local organizations.
