By Julie Woodcock Advertorial Correspondent Logan Design Center gives Logan Homes’ customers a “one-stop” 4,000 sq. ft. showroom that presents the bevy of choices available for appointing the new home. “So many customers have limited time, they can come here and look at everything from brick exteriors to interior paint,” said P.J. Kelly, vice-president of sales and marketing. Logan Design Center is located in the Logan Building adjacent to Waterford of the Carolinas. The address is 60 Gregory Road, just off Highway 17 South, only five minutes from downtown Wilmington. Twelve generously proportioned brick areas take the guesswork out of exterior preferences and there are also nine samples of roofing materials. Thirty-five choices in cabinetry, 20 versions of granite tops in addition to quartz and laminate selections and an assortment of GE appliances will please the casual chef or avid gourmet. The audiovisual slide show will whet your creative inclinations as it presents some of the inventive touches and methods to highlight Logan Homes’ interiors. And if you’re stuck on which of the six Moen fixtures you prefer in your master bath, you’ll have as much help as you need. “The design center is open seven days a week. You can have someone personally help you at no additional charge. Even helping with the site selection for your home plan,” said D Logan, owner and president of the company. There are four customer-oriented employees in the center. “We have many price points, I want my customers to know exactly what they’re getting, with no hidden costs, when they leave here,” said Kelly. The design center was packed during the grand opening on December 12; favorable comments were easily overheard in every category of the center.
