Meet Logan Homeowner, Linda Sing!

Linda was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She lived in Raleigh for over 35 years with her late husband, Bill. While living in Raleigh, they built a beach home in Ocean Isle Beach, moving there full time in 2006. In 2020, Linda was searching for a smaller and maintenance free home that didn’t require stairs to climb and knew she wanted to stay near her beloved community in Ocean Isle Beach. When she discovered Saltwater Palms, Linda says, “I knew that this was the place for me because I did not have to make any relocation changes. I can get to the beach in two minutes from my house!” Linda has two dogs who also enjoy the neighborhood and loves the convenience to shopping and dining. Speaking of her floor plan, one of our most popular plans from the Towns Collection, she says, “I love the floor plan of my home and do not have to climb stairs anymore. I love the floor plan of this house with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The details that Logan puts into their construction was top notch. I love having a screened porch as well as patio.”
