    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for completing routine and complex administrative aspects of the daily and weekly purchasing duties. Assist the Purchasing Manager with tasks necessary to achieve company goals of preparing, starting and completing construction projects on time and within budget.  Build a strong understanding of the purchasing and estimating system to control costs and ensure timely ordering of materials and labor. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

    Assist and support Purchasing Manager on the following:

    • Create job budgets.
    • Facilitate Bidding process of all new projects and or project plans.
    • Issue purchase orders and variance purchase orders, as needed.
    • Update contracts and changes to lump sum or unit price components.
    • Run and evaluate various cost variance and budget reports.
    • Communicate with field and office staff about variances
    • Support Construction and Warranty team as it relates to purchasing issues
    •  Facilitate New Trade Partner and or Vendor Registration by ensuring all required documentation from Vendor Set up is complete and accurate.

    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking a talented New Home Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that our new home projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. At Logan Homes, we are about working as a team to achieve our goals and accountability at all levels to ensure we meet deadlines. If you have a strong background in residential construction and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate schedules daily through scheduling software
    • Manage the construction process of new home projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. 
    • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction activities.
    • Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
    • Collaborate with in house drafting, estimating, and purchasing staff to resolve design-related issues and implement necessary changes.
    • Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and change orders.
    • Complete all internal quality inspections and follow Logan Homes processes through various stages of the build process.
    • Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Train, mentor, and supervise sub-contractor and vendors to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

    • Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent in the residential construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes regulations, and construction best practices.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Draftsperson will work in an integrated 3D residential CAD & BIM software. This position requires 3-dimensional comprehension for 3D drafting software. Draftsperson will work with Design Director and design team to detail and assemble construction documents.
    Ensuring that all details are correct and that all drawing sets are fully coordinated to maintain design intent and field readability. 1 year of experience is preferred.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

    • Work in 3D CAD software.
    • Producing Architectural construction documents.
    • Incorporate plan revisions.
    • Understand and implement standards into master plans and Job specific plans.
    • Has limited construction knowledge to further develop plans.
    • Coordinates BIM with estimating department for take-offs.
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and any external consultants.
    • Understands department goals and works to achieve them.
    • Works efficiently.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for overseeing Logan Homes marketing program in a manner that drives sales builds brand awareness and Logan Developers branding efforts in a manner that helps raise debt, equity, and promotes partnership opportunities. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

    LOGAN HOMES

    • Developing creative, fresh, current, and effective Marketing campaigns that have call to actions for lead generation
    • Providing support to the Logan Homes sales team with fresh collateral, updated sales maps, price sheets etc.
    • Manage the function, accuracy, and presentation of our website through a third-party website designer.
    • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, ect.) to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (website, e-mail, eblast, google ads, etc.)
    • Collaborate with sales team members and online sales consultants to plan promotional marketing campaigns
    • Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
    • Manage set, allocate and monitor the marketing budget
    • Planning/ coordinating/ setting up and breaking down events as needed.

    LOGAN DEVELOPERS

    • Developing and maintain an elite branding plan to keep Logan Developers in the forefront of the market.
    • Providing support to the Logan Developers Company by maintaining/ enhancing the LDI website
    • Creation of offering memorandums, partnership presentation documents, etc.
