Currently, we have a need for a Senior Accountant. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a growing company that is committed to a high standard of excellence, professional growth and is passionate about success. This position will be responsible for full cycle accounting through financial statement preparation and reporting for a portfolio of entities, including complex partnership development projects. The successful candidate will also have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of job costing and accounting for construction related projects. This position will also be responsible for establishing budgets, forecasting, and creating proforma projections as well as cash requirements for long term development projects throughout the construction and ownership cycle.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the following:
- 2+ years of senior level accounting experience with a working knowledge and a thorough understanding of job costing preferred.
- Must be able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed and process oriented
- Strong knowledge of SAGE/Timberline preferred or a comparable fully integrated construction software platform.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and various other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Understanding and application of financial metrics including, but not limited to, IRR, Return on Cost and Cash On Cash

- Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance

JOB SUMMARY
Draftsperson will work in an integrated 3D residential CAD & BIM software. This position requires 3-dimensional comprehension for 3D drafting software. Draftsperson will work with Design Director and design team to detail and assemble construction documents. Ensuring that all details are correct and that all drawing sets are fully coordinated to maintain design intent and field readability. 1 year of experience is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Work in 3D CAD software.
- Producing Architectural construction documents.
- Incorporate plan revisions.
- Understand and implement standards into master plans and Job specific plans.
- Has limited construction knowledge to further develop plans.
- Coordinates BIM with estimating department for take-offs.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and any external consultants.
- Understands department goals and works to achieve them.
- Works efficiently.

The ACSM works alongside the Community Sales Managers (CSM) in assigned communities to support daily operations in the sales office and contribute to the achievement of the neighborhood sales goals. This individual will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills and an innate ability to work on a team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for prospective homebuyers and maintaining the quality of marketing and sales materials. The ACSM will greet visitors, assist with model home tours, provide timely and accurate information, and handle customer inquiries throughout the buying process. In addition, they will help manage marketing efforts and ensure the sales office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in building relationships, a team player who has a commitment to contributing to the continued success of Logan Homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Greet prospects and appointments as they arrive at the model home.
- Understand customer preferences to recommend available homes and homesites that meet their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and guiding buyers through the home buying process, including progress updates, loan information, and other inquiries.
- Maintain and stock brochures, marketing materials, and sales documents in the sales office.
- Review and audit marketing materials, including the website and MLS listings, to ensure accuracy.
- Work with the marketing team to announce neighborhood events and updates to prospective buyers.
- Submit accurate listing information to LoganHomes.com and MLS platforms.
- Assist in tracking prospect outreach and sales follow-up.
- Maintain organized files and records related to customer interactions, sales contracts, and marketing materials.
- Help ensure all areas of the sales office are presentable and aligned with neighborhood branding.
- Learn the full scope of responsibilities required for the role of a Community Sales Manager.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

- Availability to work until 6 pm and up to 2 weekends a month.
