The #1 requested amenity in master-planned neighborhoods are walking and biking trails. That’s why we have our houses in communities that value walking and healthy living. One of our favorite SC communities that features great walking and biking trails is Hampton Lake. Hampton Lake, located in Bluffton, South Carolina, offers beautiful walking trails and even a community campground for when you’re feeling adventurous.
