Meet Phyllis, Homeowner in Cottage Grove!

Phyllis has called North Carolina home for over 35 years. She has three daughters who also reside in North Carolina. Phyllis moved into Wilmington, NC community Cottage Grove just last year with her French bulldogs, Frank and Eevee, and her cat, Lily. 

She chose Cottage Grove for its location, low-maintenance living, and smaller community setting. She toured the community with Builder Specialist, Mark and immediately fell in love with the neighborhood and style of homes. 

Phyllis was searching for her dream home that was move-in-ready. She had been through the building process several times before with previous homes, but this time was searching for something available now, allowing her to quickly move in and not have to wait for her home to be built. When describing the process of buying her home, she says, “it was a positive and easy experience.”

As our first resident in Cottage Grove, Phyllis says it has been great seeing her neighborhood grow from its inception and meeting her new neighbors. She was already familiar with Logan Homes from living in the Wilmington area for many years, and has several friends who are also Logan homeowners. When asked why she chose Logan Homes, Phyllis says, “I knew I would get a quality-built home. I picked this home because of the screened-in porch. I love being outside, and I love that this home backs up to nature.”
