We just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed our home (nearly 16 years), how few problems we have had, and how every work person who has had occasion to be here has commented on how solid, well built, and well thought out it is. How you used top-of-the-line items when we wouldn't have known the difference...they all say how tight and solid it is, and "who built this?" We are always proud to tell them - Logan Homes!

What I would tell somebody who's thinking of using Logan is you're going to be in great hands. They hire highly competent professionals who know their jobs. They're reputable, responsive, from design to concept to build, they are there, and they handle everything they are supposed to handle.

The whole Logan team has been amazing and we feel like family with them. Through the entire construction process, we were made aware of every event, every design, every accomplishment that happened. Logan offered us better materials better features in the home, an all-around better package than other builders. Logan gave us the best of everything and it was just the right answer.

Everyone was wonderful and always willing to explain the process. We are very happy and have already recommended Logan to friends!

John and his Warranty team have gone above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my 1 year warranty. I must say, John is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made all my little issues go away without another thought. His staff is as pleasant as can be, and I can’t rave enough about the whole process of warranty.

The quality of craftsmanship was superior to any other homes we had been looking at for the past three years. We love the screened porch and the cottage feel of our home.
