Two people standing together on a home's front porch in front of a gray entry door.

The quality of craftsmanship was superior to any other homes we had been looking at for the past three years. We love the screened porch and the cottage feel of our home. Will let anyone who asks us about moving to a new house know that Logan Homes are the best quality and workmanship of any home we have ever lived in.

I will never stop loving this home. Tyler did an awesome job with the build. We are doing well just finished the backyard. We redid the fence and plantings. We replaced the sod in the back as well. Added bushes in the front yard. Next up will be a hot tub for next winter.

We've been extremely happy with all the Logan representatives we've had the pleasure of dealing with, but the true test for a company comes when unforeseen problems or issues arise. It certainly gives a homeowner peace of mind (especially when you are 600 miles away in NJ) when you know that your builder stands behind his work and that his representatives are not only competent professionals... The house has absolutely met our expectations. We understood that this house was not a custom build. The floor plan is awesome and the level of storage has been great. From total landscaping redo to replacing the stone in the island we have been bringing this house to a higher level. Been a great platform to customize.

John and his Warranty team have gone above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my 1 year warranty. I must say, John is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made all my little issues go away without another thought. His staff is as pleasant as can be, and I can’t rave enough about the whole process of warranty.”

Choosing Logan Homes as our builder was the most important & best decision we made in our move to NC. They were professional, easy to work with and kept us updated on a weekly basis which helped us to feel like we were onsite even though we were 720 miles away in our CT home during the building process. The staff at the design center gave us some excellent suggestions when we asked for... Read More

Being a new homeowner, we are satisfied with the experience that we've had. Any problems we had, they were right there. They left the door open, and told us that if we had any concerns in the future we shouldn't hesitate to contact them. They stand by their word.

We feel the entire process from the day we first saw our home-to-be to closing was handled in a friendly, efficient, professional and helpful manner. The communication to and from Logan during our building and closing process was very good. Calls and emails were returned promptly, and follow-up items were completed as promised in communications. We would feel very comfortable recommending Logan... Read More

I moved from Ohio to NC to Bridgewater landing and worked with Kate Hester remotely. She made purchasing my new home stress free and easy. It was probably the easiest home buying experience I’ve had to this point. I purchased early on in Bridgewater's development so many of the homes were not completed. She helped get my model completed on time to meet my move date. The house is great and the... Read More

Craftsman-style home with blue siding, covered front porch, dormers, and two-car garage

We just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed our home (nearly 16 years), how few problems we have had, and how every work person who has had occasion to be here has commented on how solid, well built, and well thought out it is. How you used top-of-the-line items when we wouldn't have known the difference...they all say how tight and solid it is, and "who built this?" We are always proud... Read More

Aerial view of a new residential neighborhood with single-family homes, attached garages, and tree-lined surroundings.

The best part of our experience here has been James & Conrad (site managers) and Mark (Warranty). Each one of these gentlemen has been OUTSTANDING. They are attentive, gracious, and always pleasant. As our 5th home purchase, this has by far been our best experience and largely due to these gentlemen and their hard work assisting customers and being present when needed.

The whole Logan team has been amazing and we feel like family with them. Through the entire construction process, we were made aware of every event, every design, every accomplishment that happened. Logan offered us better materials better features in the home, an all-around better package than other builders. Logan gave us the best of everything and it was just the right answer.
